    Upon inspection of the device,
    I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
    All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
    The power knob is missing.
    The back cover is missing.
    The back bottom piece is dented/warped. (see picture #4)
    The USB port cover will not stay in place.
    There is a large crack on the right side bottom corner of the front panel. (see picture #6)
    There are heavy scuff and scratches on the outside of the device.
    I was able to power on the device with a standard power cord.
    Once powered on, the decimals will flash on and off going from the left to the right.
    The alarm and unlock indicator lights turned on once the device was powered on.
    I was able to connect to an in-house PC using an in-house USB-B cord (not included) and the device appears as "FT232R USB UART".
    I was able to test the breaker with the test button on the breaker.
    The display is untested.
    The rest of the ports are untested.
    No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
