    Caron THE CAT rug kit - this is NOT a latch hook kit, the yarn is run through the provided rubber backing with a crochet tool. Has instructions, yarn, crochet hook tool. The rubber backing has a faint outline for the design, I think the ink bled and became faint - might need to redraw the image to clarify it. As it is a folk art style image maybe this won't be too hard. Clean and odor-free from a smoke-free environment.
