Mirror Viewer for side-by-side stereo 3D images
I have recently updated laptops so I do not carry my older 3D laptop with me because it is heavy and slow. But my new laptop is not 3D.
Here is the solution
:
This is a
mirror stereoscop
e that can be used to
view side-by-side images

.
I like this stereoscope because it is
lightweight
and
compact
.
You can
adjust the mirrors
to fuse images at different distances.
So now I always carry it with my new laptop. I liked it so much that I got a stock to sell.
A  few more things to note
:
The viewer has
mirrors but no lenses
. So everything is (or should be) in focus. If you need
reading glasses
to view the images, then you should use the glasses when using the viewer.
The mirror adjustment is very important. Adjust the viewer for the images to overlap (so you can see 3D) and spaced so you are comfortable as if looking at infinity.
You can
wear
the viewer or put it on a small handle (there is a
tripod socket
for that) and hold it (I prefer to use a handle).
Overall, this is a
good
,
inexpensive
, solution for viewing side-by-side images. You can spend more money for something larger and heavier, but this does the job for me and it is good for traveling.
