I attempted to remove the Dad’s sweater and it seems to be stuck under the arms. I did not attempt anymore since I was afraid to damage his clothes. Both Mom and Dad have what looks like glue along neckline but both heads are securely on. I did notice that the Dad has a head split. Baby has thin spots on her hair. Shipped with USPS Priority mail and only to lower 48 states of the US.
